LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The Henderson City Council has approved plans for turning an office park in the Green Valley Ranch neighborhood into a new $50 million retail complex.
Council members voted unanimously this week in favor of the zoning changes and master plan amendments to accommodate The Cliff.
