Las Vegas Meth Ring Dismantled, Six Indicted for Drug Trafficking and Illegal Firearms Sales

Last Wednesday, six people—five men and one woman—were indicted on charges related to methamphetamine trafficking and illegal firearms activity. The announcement was made by U.S. Attorney Sigal Chattah for the District of Nevada. The 13-count indictment follows a yearlong investigation and lists the charges in the case, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Alex Gonzalez, also known as “Luis Carlos Caloca-Castenada;” Aaron Wolski; Richard Allen Williams, also known as “Steve Watley;” Shane Kunkle; Charles Wade McCall; and Maria Paola Ortiz-Sanchez have been indicted for conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine between June 2024 and June 2025. Wolski and Kunkle are also charged with dealing firearms without a license, and Kunkle faces an additional charge for illegally possessing firearms due to prior felony convictions.
