LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Hawaiian favorite Zippy’s announced it will open its third location in Southern Nevada later this year, and its first in Henderson.
The newest restaurant is scheduled to open this fall at 9570 S. Eastern Ave., just north of St. Rose Parkway.
“We are thrilled to open our S. Eastern location!” regional operations director Belma Soliven said in a statement. “Bringing Zippy’s to the S. Eastern community is an opportunity for us to share a little piece of our home from Hawaii to more of our ohana (family) here in Southern Nevada!”…
