Las Vegas police: ‘Intoxicated’ man fires gunshot at bar after denial of service

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — An “intoxicated” man fired a gunshot at a Las Vegas bar after a bartender refused to serve him, according to documents 8 News Now obtained.

Derwin Harris, 65, faces four felony charges, including assault with a deadly weapon and resisting a public officer with a firearm, records said.
