Agency defends decision to deny Las Vegas fraud victims’ claims to fund

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Victims of an alleged contracting scam are clashing with the state agency responsible for consumer protection, as denied reimbursement fuels frustration and raises concerns.

Police have arrested Ryan Vozzola and Amy Rusch after they allegedly scammed dozens of victims across the valley. According to reports, the pair operated through a business called Patio Covers 4 Less, which allegedly was owned by Vozzola.
