LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Las Vegas home prices matched their record high, increasing by $5,000 in June. Condo prices dropped by $2,000.
Las Vegas Realtors reported Tuesday the median price for a single-family home in June was $485,000, the same price as the first three months of 2025. Prices for condominiums/townhomes came down to $305,000, just $10,000 short of their all-time high. The median price is the one in the middle — half are higher and half are lower.
