LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A local judge has ruled that Marketta Phillips, the woman accused of killing 3-year-old Journei Ross, is competent to stand trial.

Phillips, who was allegedly babysitting the child, is accused of stabbing the toddler to death in March.
