LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Mexican national previously deported from the United States five times, who most recently was jailed for a shooting, is back in federal custody, officials said.
Marlo Alejandro Valdovinos-Guerra, 32, faces a new charge of deported alien found in the United States, federal prosecutors said. Federal authorities previously deported Valdovinos-Guerra in December 2012, March 2019, April 2019, March 2021 and December 2024, they said.
Earlier this year, North Las Vegas police arrested Valdovinos-Guerra for shooting outside of a nightclub, records said. Prosecutors described the incident as a “heated argument” where Valdovinos-Guerra fired one round into the air. Police also arrested him on drug charges…
