LAS VEGAS — The family of 23-year-old Michael Simmons is speaking out after he was shot and killed on July 9 in a southwest Las Vegas neighborhood near Russell Road and Buffalo Drive.
Michael’s brother, Kentrell Simmons, described the incident as a “wrong place – wrong time” situation. He emphasized that Michael was a dedicated father and beloved barber, and he is now calling on the community to end senseless acts of violence.
