Man accused of DUI in crash that killed Las Vegas woman whose body is in limbo

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The driver of a car in which a woman was killed over the Fourth of July weekend is facing several charges, including DUI, according to Nevada State Police.

Court records show Jose Guadalupe Mora, 34, is facing charges of vehicular homicide, driving with a revoked license, failure to maintain a lane, and driving a vehicle without, or tampering with, a breath interlock device.

Trooper Shawn Haggstrom said Mora was arrested for suspicion of DUI after being treated at a local hospital.
