LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — If you live near a construction site, you may be getting an early wake up call. Last month, the governor signed a law allowing work to begin as early as 5 a.m.
Near one major construction site across from Lake Las Vegas where an old mine is being cleaned up to make way for hundreds of homes, neighbors have noticed the earlier start.
