According to the National Weather Service in Las Vegas, excessive heat will dominate the region through at least Friday, with daytime highs ranging from 100°F Saturday to a blistering 107°F on Tuesday. Overnight lows won’t dip below the upper 70s to low 80s, increasing the risk of heat-related illness.
From Paradise to Summerlin and along I-15, those working or commuting outdoors should take extra precautions.
