Unlicensed Las Vegas Valley short-term rental gets 21 code visits

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — One unlicensed short-term rental in the east Las Vegas Valley has been visited by code enforcement officers 21 times and received $22,000 in fines.

One concerned and frustrated neighbor reports constant problems with large groups, parties, party buses and piles of trash, and provided FOX5 with cell phone videos, photos and various reports to code enforcement.

The large home, located near Desert Inn Rd. and McLeod Drive, had its first visit by Clark County code inspectors after the first complaint in September 2024…
