LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Epsilon Psi Sigma Alumni Chapter, hosted the Sigma Safe Summer Back 2 School Block Party on Saturday at Matt Kelly Elementary School in the Historic Westside.
The event featured a live DJ, food, face painting, and a raffle, providing entertainment and fun for the children before the start of school.
