Woman indicted in death of French bulldog left in outdoors kennel in Las Vegas heat

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Olivia Underwood was indicted Wednesday on charges related to the death of a French bulldog named Jazzy.

According to the indictment, “Olivia Viola Underwood did willfully, unlawfully, maliciously, and feloniously torture or unjustifiably maim, mutilate or kill an animal kept for companionship or pleasure.”

Investigators said Underwood placed Jazzy in a kennel outdoors before leaving for work. When she arrived home approximately 12 hours later, she “went inside and went to sleep” without checking on the bulldog…
