LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A homeless encampment on the east side of the valley that neighbors fought to get moved has returned.
The encampment is located near Eastern and Owens, right across from the Casa Bonita Apartments.
“Welcome to fabulous Las Vegas. We are filled with trash, garbage and homeless people sleeping in the streets. We’re so fabulous. Honestly, it wouldn’t hurt the state to fix this problem,” a neighbor living at Casa Bonita Apartments said…
