Las Vegas police launch new drone program aimed at responding to violent calls

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The Las Vegas Metro Police Department is continuing to incorporate technology into its crime-fighting tools, announcing on Wednesday it will build thirteen different hubs across Clark County that will house police drones.

These drones will be used to assist officers responding to violent calls by getting an aerial view of a crime scene.
