LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The number of deadly crashes in Las Vegas keeps climbing, and police say the valley is in the midst of a traffic safety crisis.
The latest tragedy was the death of 34-year-old Eric Wilborn, who was struck by a car while crossing Nellis Boulevard. His death is now the 113th traffic fatality Metro has investigated this year.
“At the end of the day, life is life, accidents are accidents, God is going to forgive him, and hopefully he learns a lesson from that, but it’s not going to bring my brother back to be hateful. My brother is gone, and he didn’t deserve to be gone this way,” Michael Champ, Wilborn’s brother, said…
