Bradenton, Fla.-based First Watch has reached its 32nd state with its fresh launch in Nevada.
The breakfast, brunch and lunch spot officially opened the doors to its 4,400-square-foot unit in North Las Vegas, roughly 12 miles off the Las Vegas Strip. The location can accommodate over 200, and includes a covered patio, indoor bar and more.
Las Vegas diners can expect to see the first seasonal menu this winter, plus fresh juices, lunch bowls, sandwiches, salads and more year-round. The chain notes that all its dishes are made to order using fresh ingredients in a kitchen without heat lamps, microwaves or deep fryers…
