LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A family has filed the first lawsuit against a now-closed Las Vegas funeral home weeks after authorities removed 146 bodies from it.
Dora Gonzalez died on July 17 from ovarian cancer, according to documents. That day, a hospice company transferred her body to McDermott’s Funeral Home and Cremation Services, documents said.
