LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The suspect in a deadly stabbing in a parking lot is now facing a charge of murder with the use of a deadly weapon.
Isaiah Pierce, 34, was taken into custody after a traffic stop on Sunday, September 21, two weeks after the September 6 stabbing that left Yusuf Mosley, 46, dead, according to documents.
The stabbing occurred around 12:20 a.m. after a fight broke out involving four men in a parking lot in the 4500 block of Paradise Road near Harmon Avenue, police said.

According to the arrest report, a security guard who worked for one of the businesses told police he was talking with two men known as “Stacks” and “New Jersey” when another man, identified as Mosley, walked up to them and yelled something. The security guard said a few insulting jokes were tossed back and forth, which resulted in the guard asking the man to leave. A physical fight broke out between the three men, with the security guard telling police he was trying to break it up when he noticed a knife on the ground, but didn’t see anyone with the knife or the Mosley get stabbed…
