LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Boyd Gaming Corporation in Las Vegas discovered a cybersecurity incident that allowed an unauthorized third party to access its internal IT systems.
Boyd Gaming said it immediately launched an investigation, working with cybersecurity experts and federal law enforcement. The company confirmed that “the unauthorized third party removed certain data from the Company’s IT systems, including information about employees and a limited number of other individuals.”
