It was around 4:17 p.m. when, witnesses say, the dispute escalated rapidly allowing two men to fire their guns, wounding one individual.
Injured in the melee, the victim sustained a wound that, while serious, has been rendered non-life-threatening by the deft hands of medical professionals at a nearby local hospital.
