LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A man turned himself in to police weeks after detectives said he beat and stabbed another man to death, according to documents 8 News Now obtained.
Arthur Whigham, 34, surrendered to police on Thursday, Sept. 25, at the Metro Headquarters, documents said. He is accused of stomping and beating another man to death near a wash south of The Valencia Apartments on Katie Avenue on Aug. 22.
Documents identified the victim as Noah DeLaCruz. Police said he was found dead on the ground with multiple sharp force injuries…
