LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A grandmother whose fentanyl use is blamed for causing her 2-year-old grandson’s death could spend three years in prison as part of a plea agreement, the 8 News Now Investigators have learned.
Lashana Graham, 46, initially faced a second-degree murder charge in the death of Da’Corrius Perine. Perine died on Oct. 23, 2024, after ingesting fentanyl, the 8 News Now Investigators first reported.
