North Las Vegas adds crossing guards at intersection where 12-year-old was killed

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The city of North Las Vegas has added crossing guards at Eastern and Owens following the death of a 12-year-old boy who was hit and killed while walking to school earlier this month.

Two crossing guards will be stationed at the intersection in the morning and two in the afternoon to assist middle school and high school students getting to and from school safely.
