LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A grieving mother is calling for stricter traffic laws in Las Vegas after her son was killed in an e-scooter crash. Cat Velasquez, the mother of Christopher Soto, is speaking out following several recent crashes at the start of the school year.
“More families, more moms, more parents are going through this. It is just not OK. We can do better. We can do better as a city, as a community,” Velasquez said.
