Las Vegas is intensifying efforts to combat illegal dog breeding through Operation Pawsitive Change, an initiative led by the City’s Department of Public Safety. According to News 3 Las Vegas, the operation, which ran from July 1 through last Monday, resulted in the rescue of 15 puppies and citations issued to 37 individuals involved in unlicensed breeding and animal sales.
