LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The Clark County School District is facing the consequences of lower enrollment and is possibly looking to get rid of some support staff members.
According to an email 8 News Now obtained, CCSD’s Chief Human Resources Officer RoAnn Triana stated on Oct. 23, there would be a “reduction in force” among support staff. She blamed a decline in student enrollment.
“Unfortunately, 97 employees (.6% of all support professionals) were not able to select a position. Therefore, at this time, CCSD will proceed with the Reduction in Force (RIF) process,” Triana said…
