LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Residents living in a northwest Las Vegas condominium complex said they’re being priced out of their homes.
The HOA at Bavington Court Condominiums, near Torrey Pines Drive and Balzar Avenue, is planning a steep increase in monthly dues.
