LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Clark County grand jury has indicted sitting Henderson Councilwoman Carrie Cox on a charge connected to another councilwoman.
The panel voted Tuesday to charge Cox with one charge of monitoring or attempting to monitor a private conversation, according to court documents obtained Wednesday. Prosecutors announce grand jury indictments one day after the panel votes.
