MOSES LAKE, Wash. – A man wanted out of Las Vegas for several violent crimes was arrested on Tuesday after he apparently tried to evade law enforcement by going all the way to Moses Lake, according to police.
According to the Othello Police Department, on October 31 the Las Vegas Police Department and the FBI contacted them looking for assistance in locating Savanh Klarck Singvongsa, 19, of Las Vegas. Police said Singvongsa was wanted on felony charges including attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, and discharging a firearm at a person. Othello police said Nevada law enforcement told them Singvongsa had fled to the Moses Lake or Othello area.
Othello police said that on November 4, multiple law enforcement agencies including the Othello Police Department and Moses Lake Police Department began an investigation into a home in the Moses Lake area that was known to be connected to criminal gang activity.
