LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A local woman is appealing to the community for assistance in locating the individuals who stole her moped, an incident captured on surveillance video.
The theft occurred on the first of the month at her apartment complex in Las Vegas.
The footage shows two people walking in the parking lot, followed by another camera capturing someone struggling to drag the moped away…
