LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Las Vegas man will serve eight to 20 years in prison under a plea agreement in the July 2024 deadly shooting of his girlfriend.
Jimmy Ramirez, 31, was sentenced Thursday for voluntary manslaughter with a deadly weapon and child abuse/neglect/endangerment by Judge Tierra Jones. He pleaded guilty on Sept. 29, according to court documents. At sentencing, he was given 499 days credit for time served.
