LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A local family is mourning the loss of Andre Santiago, who was shot and killed during a large gathering near Decatur and Patrick last weekend.
Santiago was taken to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries days later.
No arrests have been made, and his family is pleading for answers…
