Protesters gathered in Summerlin for ‘Stand Up Saturdays’ demonstration

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A group of demonstrators gathered in Summerlin on Saturday as part of a weekly protest series known as “Stand Up Saturdays,” calling on Nevada’s U.S. Senators to take stronger action on issues important to the group.

The protest took place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. along the sidewalk in front of BJ’s Restaurant in the Canyon Point shopping center near the Summerlin Costco.
