LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Metro police connected a man to an explosion outside Piero’s Italian Cuisine from body camera video of a traffic stop involving that same man hours earlier, documents said.
John Navarro, 35, faces multiple charges, including possession of an explosive device and arson, the 8 News Now Investigators first reported Saturday.
