LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — County child welfare workers said they were unable to investigate possible abuse or neglect of children and teens inside group homes because of a temporary restraining order signed by a judge.
In a motion filed on Nov. 18, the Clark County District Attorney’s office asked the judge to make it clear that county child welfare workers can do their jobs, or to dissolve the temporary restraining order entirely.
