Henderson just upped its brunch game. First Watch has opened its second Las Vegas Valley restaurant at 10415 South Eastern Ave., bringing its daytime menu and heavy coffee pours to a new corner of town.
The 3,700-square-foot restaurant seats more than 170 guests and includes a covered terrace plus an indoor bar, according to the Las Vegas Review‑Journal. To sweeten the debut, the chain rolled out an opening-week promotion that offers unlimited Project Sunrise coffee with meals through Friday.
