LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – The Culinary Union is set to strike at the Harry Reid International Airport for 24 hours beginning Friday morning.
Las Vegas union shuts down major airport road as negotiations stall
The union will strike DBE employer, Village Pub, beginning at 5 a.m. through Saturday, Dec. 6, at 5 a.m.
The Culinary Union represents nearly 30 workers employed at the fast food outlet, which is owned and operated by Airport Concessions LLC.

On Wednesday, hundreds of Culinary Union 226 members protested ongoing contract negotiations at the intersection of University Center Drive and East Tropicana Avenue. The intersection was temporarily closed to northbound traffic leaving Harry Reid International Airport in response to protestors at around 10 airport businesses.
