LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A growing number of children are emerging as suspects in non-fatal shootings in Las Vegas, according to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police.
Bryan Peterson, Deputy Chief of the Tactical Operations Division, oversees the department’s Violent Gun Crime Unit. He said investigators “see a significant increase in juveniles with firearms doing the shootings” in 2025.
