4th suspect charged in Piero’s explosion, 2 at-large suspects now in custody

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A fourth suspect was arrested in connection with the pipe bomb that was set off outside a Las Vegas restaurant last month, according to police and court records.

Joseph Gutierrez was taken into custody on Thursday on charges of first-degree arson, manufacture or possession of an explosive device, using explosives to damage property, and conspiracy.
