HOMEOWNERS in an embattled neighborhood have started to be slapped with $50 tickets for parking in their own driveways.
One driver saw the fine slapped on his neighbor’s car and feared that its design was accidentally breaking the law.
The vehicle was ticketed for being parked over the sidewalk, even though it was technically in the driveway.
