Man wanted for Washington double murder has ties to Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A man wanted for his alleged involvement in the murders of two women and the attempted murder of another in Washington has ties to Las Vegas, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

On May 21, 2023, Samuel Ramirez Jr., was allegedly involved in a shooting that left two women dead and a third person injured at the Stars Bar and Grill in Federal Way, Washington, the FBI said.

After the shooting, Ramirez Jr. fled to Lake Havasu City, Arizona and was driven to Tijuana, Mexico by his parents on May 23, 2023, according to the FBI.

Ramirez Jr. was charged with murder in the second degree, murder in the first degree and attempted murder in the first degree. The King County Superior County, State of Washington, issued an arrest warrant for Ramirez Jr. on May 24, 2023.

On Nov. 14, 2025, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Ramirez Jr. in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington after he was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution…
