LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – A deadly wrong-way crash along the I-15 shut down a portion of the freeway on Thursday, according to the Nevada State Police.

It happened around 6:48 p.m. along the northbound lanes of I-15 near Charleston Boulevard.
Police identified the wrong-way driver as an adult male and confirmed that he died at the scene of the crash. Three people have been taken to a hospital; two were in serious condition, and one had minor injuries, according to NSP.
The crash involved six vehicles in total, police said.
Police cautioned drivers to avoid the area, as it is expected to be closed for the next several hours as the investigation continues…
