LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A 33-year-old man faces charges including attempted murder in a Nov. 26 shooting outside of a marijuana dispensary in east Las Vegas.
Christian Mahoney was arrested Dec. 4 at a Henderson home. According to a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department arrest report, Mahoney told officers he was defending himself. He admitted having a gun, but told police he wouldn’t say any more until he spoke to a lawyer.
Mahoney faces the attempted murder charge, as well as battery with a deadly weapon and three counts of firing a gun inside a vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, Dec. 15…
