Clark County property owners will soon receive their 2025 County Tax Statements. The statements have a new format this year. Collector Michelle Allen has announced several changes for taxpayers to note.
If a property is in a Drainage District, the related tax will now appear on the Real Estate bill for that parcel. Both real estate and drainage district taxes will be combined and paid together.
The Senior Tax Credit for Real Estate, which applies only to homesteads, is now listed as a separate line. Residents who applied for the credit in 2025 but have moved must reapply between March 1 and May 29, 2026. Those who have changed their primary residence should contact the Collector’s office…
