LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — More than a dozen people are dead after a shooting at a Hanukkah celebration on Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia, prompting a Las Vegas rabbi to speak out about rising antisemitism and the need for community unity.
Officials in Australia are calling the attack “an act of antisemitic terrorism.” Two gunmen fired shots before 7 p.m. local time Sunday before the celebration was set to begin, killing 15 people including a 10-year-old child. At least 42 others are in the hospital for treatment.
