LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — NV Energy is under scrutiny once again as the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) seeks to impose a $1 million fine on the power company.
The PUC alleges that NV Energy knowingly attempted to recoup costs from customers for repairs stemming from damage the company caused.
