Vegas TikToker Says Dollar Tree Dustup Turned Into Pepper Spray Ambush

A Las Vegas TikToker says what started as an uncomfortable run-in at a Five Below turned into a full-on confrontation inside a neighboring Dollar Tree, where a group allegedly mocked her, pepper sprayed her, stole her slides and later vandalized her car. The incident was filmed, and the videos have taken off online as viewers try to track down the people shown in the clips.

What the clip shows

According to The Mary Sue, the video, posted by TikTok creator @jazzyjaylyn, opens with her recording three women who can be heard taunting her and mocking her looks. The outlet reports the clip has drawn roughly 396,100 views and captures the group asking, “What is she looking at?” while the creator repeatedly presses them on why they followed her into the store.

@jazzyjaylyn These RATCHET ass btch£s followed me from Five Below to Dollar Tree. I DON’T KNOW THEM AT ALL. I went into Five Below to grab a few things and they were loud ASF. I glanced over and one of them said, “what is she looking at”.. I go to Dollar Tree, and that’s where I get pepper sprayed and socked in the eye. They vandalized my car and took my slides. If anybody has info about who these hoodrats are, let me know.. #fypシ #ghettogirls #fyp #foryoupage #vegas ♬ original sound – jazzy

Follow-ups say it turned physical

In later uploads on her account, the creator alleges that things escalated once the camera stopped rolling. She says she was pepper sprayed and “socked” in the eye, that her shoes were taken, and that she later discovered her car had been vandalized. She also says two bystanders rushed out to check on her and that one member of the group allegedly tried to run over a Good Samaritan, according to her posts on TikTok. In those follow-up videos she tells viewers she plans to press charges and explains that she did not initially call 911 because she did not think the encounter would go that far.

If a formal report is filed, Nevada law allows for several possible criminal charges, depending on what investigators determine happened. The state’s assault statute lays out penalties for simple assault and for more serious offenses when a weapon or significant injury is involved, according to Nevada Public Law. Damage to a vehicle or other property can also be charged as vandalism under Nevada’s malicious mischief laws, with potential penalties summarized by Shouse Law.

Online reaction and next steps

Commenters have flooded the videos with offers to help identify the women and calls for the creator to file a police report, with some dubbing themselves “TikTok detectives,” according to The Mary Sue. The TikToker has told followers she is gathering information and intends to move forward with charges. As of publication, however, there was no publicly posted police report directly tied to the viral clips…
